A lyrical abstract expressionist painter possessing a unique sensitivity for color and complex forms. Her paintings are pure abstractions, reflecting a broad range of moods and temperaments. The collages and works on paper, like her paintings and sculptures, are pure abstractions, forceful and dynamic. Her sculpture is varied but typified as three-dimensional versions of her abstract expressionist values. There are welded scrap-iron sculptures, plaster forms and large concrete works.
